WHITE PAPER · VERSION 0.2

Open about the idea.
Honest about the unknowns.

This is Earniculum’s pre-launch model for turning learning activity into shared value. It explains what we believe, how money could move, and what must be proven before launch.

The premise

Learning platforms create value through attention, content, and participation. Earniculum is being designed around two clearly separated reward sources: a defined share of eligible advertising revenue and optional completion incentives funded by the companies offering courses.

That reward is not a salary or a shortcut to wealth. It is a practical signal that a learner’s time has value today—not only after a future job offer. Learning may be the strongest investment you can make in yourself; Earniculum intends to invest in you, too.

FOLLOW THE MONEY

Two reward sources. One transparent learner ledger

01

Advertising share

A defined portion of eligible ad revenue can fund rewards after direct operating costs and reserves.

02

Course incentives

Companies can fund a specific reward for completing verified course requirements.

03

Separate accounting

Each source should have its own eligibility rules, ledger entries, limits, and reporting.

04

Published before launch

The formula, caps, minimums, timing, geography, and appeal process must be visible before rewards go live.

DESIGN PRINCIPLES

Promises we can be held to

01

Access first

A free, ad-supported path should remain useful—not a crippled preview.

02

Published rules

Eligibility, reward calculations, caps, and payout thresholds should be understandable before someone invests their time.

03

Visible history

Learners should be able to see verified activity, pending rewards, adjustments, and payouts in one ledger.

04

No income theater

We will not market variable learning rewards as guaranteed income or a get-rich-quick scheme.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Build it in public. Test it with real learners

  1. NOW

    Waitlist and discovery

Understand who wants this, what they want to learn, and what trust requires.

  2. NEXT

    Small learning pilot

Test course completion, verification, unit economics, fraud controls, and reward communication with a limited group.

  3. THEN

    Publish final program terms

Release the formula, eligibility requirements, payout minimums, privacy terms, and geographic availability before rewards go live.

IMPORTANT

A model—not an income promise

Earniculum is pre-launch. The white paper is a working product document, not a financial offer, employment agreement, investment product, or guarantee of payment. Features and economics may change as we test the model and meet legal, safety, and operational requirements.

Questions make the model stronger.
