This notice explains how Earniculum handles information collected through our website, learner waitlist, course catalog, and controlled Partner Studio.
Information we collect
When you join the learner waitlist, we collect the first name, last name, phone number, and email address you provide. Partners provide company and public-profile information, team-member names and email addresses, role and permission choices, account credentials, course drafts, lesson text, quiz questions, uploaded course media, review submissions, and related operational information. Administrators provide account and audit information needed to operate the service. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use information
We use waitlist information to record and display your place in line, prevent duplicate entries, communicate launch or early-access updates, and understand interest in Earniculum. We use partner information to create a public company page, invite authorized teammates, enforce role-based access, save private course progress, review submitted courses and revisions, publish approved versions, deliver in-app learning content, and communicate requested changes. We use technical information to protect the website from misuse.
Public company information
A partner’s company name, description, logo, website, public page address, and approved courses may be visible to anyone. Team-member email addresses, permissions, invitations, private drafts, and account credentials are not part of that public profile.
How we share information
We do not sell waitlist information. We may use service providers to host the website, store data, process approved media, or deliver communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Course media and learner activity
Partner-uploaded images, short videos, article content, assignments, and quiz materials are stored with the course record during this development phase. When learner accounts launch, we expect to process enrollment, progress, quiz responses, completion, incentive eligibility, and payment-related records. We will update this notice before those features become generally available.
Invitations, retention, and security
Company invitations use single-use random links that expire after seven days; accepted links cannot be reused. We retain waitlist information while it is needed for launch preparation and related communications. We retain partner accounts, course drafts, approved versions, uploaded media, permission history, and review history while needed to operate the relationship and document publication decisions. Administrative and partner access is permission-based, private areas are excluded from search indexing, sessions use signed HTTP-only cookies, and credentials are stored as password hashes rather than readable passwords. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
