Earnie cannot enroll someone, edit a course, change a reward, send a message, or alter an account.
Earnie can only use information your account is already allowed to see.

Your conversations belong to you. They are not shared with another learner or partner.
Your conversations are private to your account. Unless you keep one, it expires after ninety days without activity. You can rename, rate, keep, or permanently delete any conversation.
Your ratings help our team see which answers need work. Changes to Earnie are reviewed by a person before they are released.
