These terms apply to your use of the Earniculum website, learner waitlist, course catalog, and controlled Partner Studio.

Pre-launch service

Earniculum is still in development. Website descriptions reflect current plans and may change. Features, courses, certifications, reward models, pricing, availability, and launch timing are not guaranteed.

Waitlist participation

You agree to provide accurate information and to use only information you are authorized to submit. A waitlist position indicates order of signup based on our records; it does not guarantee access, priority treatment, rewards, or a launch date.

Partner companies and access

Partner access is invitation-only. A company may maintain a public profile and invite teammates with specific roles and permissions. Company administrators are responsible for inviting only authorized people, reviewing access, removing access when it is no longer needed, and protecting invitation links. Earniculum may enforce or restrict permissions but is not responsible for choices made by an authorized company administrator.

Partners and course content

Partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, accessibility, quality, rights, pricing, and promised incentives associated with the text, images, videos, assignments, quizzes, links, and other content they submit. A new course or revision may be approved or returned with comments. Saving a private draft does not submit it for review. Earniculum reviewers do not edit a partner’s course; an authorized person at the submitting company must make requested changes and resubmit. An approved version may remain live while a later revision is reviewed.

Fees and future payments

Earniculum’s current partner model does not charge a platform listing fee or take a percentage of the partner’s listed course price. Payments and enrollment are not live. Before they launch, separate terms will explain payment-processing charges, taxes, refunds, company incentive funding, eligibility, settlement, and any services outside the stated platform fee.

How planned learner rewards are funded

Earniculum is building two distinct reward paths. Eligible platform activity may receive a defined share of advertising revenue under published program rules. A partner company may also choose to fund a fixed completion incentive for an eligible course; that amount will be displayed with the course. These sources are separate, may not apply to every activity or course, and remain subject to funding, verification, limits, geography, fraud controls, and final program terms.

Course removal

Earniculum may reject, unpublish, archive, or remove a course when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, a partner request, or violation of these terms. Permissioned administrators may remove records but cannot silently rewrite partner content.

No earnings promise

“We will pay you to learn,” “Earn to Learn,” and similar statements describe the product model we are working to launch—not a job, wage, investment, or get-rich-quick program. Rewards may be modest, variable, unavailable for some activity, or better than $0 without replacing the larger value of the skills you build. They are not a promise of income, employment, investment return, or any particular financial result. Final eligibility and program terms will apply.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated or fraudulent entries, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The Earniculum name, website design, copy, and related materials belong to Earniculum or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Disclaimer and limitation

The pre-launch website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Earniculum disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website.
