Effective September 9, 2026

These terms apply to the Earniculum website, waitlist, invite-only learner network, organization learning workspaces, courses, certificates, Earnie assistants, sponsor placements, and Partner Studio.

Who you are agreeing with

Earniculum is operated by AKS Group of Companies, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Earniculum. References to “Earniculum,” “we,” and “us” mean that company. Its contracting address is provided directly to counterparties in business agreements and is not published on this website. Legal notices may be sent to legal@earniculum.com.

Invite-only rollout

Earniculum is in active development. Learner accounts remain invitation-only, but invited learners may enroll in free courses, buy paid courses, earn certificates, and receive eligible rewards where Stripe supports the account and Earniculum has enabled payouts. Payment, settlement, and payout features remain unavailable until Earniculum’s Stripe platform account and each required connected account have completed Stripe’s verification and capability requirements. Planned features, reward models, pricing, availability, and wider launch timing may change before they become generally available.

Who may use Earniculum

You must be at least 18 to create or hold an Earniculum admin, partner, or learner account, accept an account invitation, apply as a partner or sponsor, or sign anything on behalf of a company. We ask for your date of birth when you accept an account invitation and reject the account if the date shows that you are under 18. Earniculum is not directed at children or minors. Do not provide a false date or use another person’s date to get around this rule. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we may close the account and delete or retain associated records as required by law, safety, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or credential-integrity obligations.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself. Tell us at support@earniculum.com if you believe someone else has used it.

Waitlist participation

You agree to provide accurate information and to use only information you are authorized to submit. A waitlist position indicates order of signup based on our records; it does not guarantee access, priority treatment, rewards, or a launch date.

A phone number must be a real, structurally valid number. We reject numbers with the wrong digit count, invalid area codes, service codes such as 911, and the 555-01XX range reserved for fiction. One person may hold one place in line; submitting different contact details to take several places is not permitted.

Partner companies and access

Partner access is invitation-only. Applying to become a partner does not guarantee acceptance, account access, course approval, or publication. When Earniculum approves an organization, we email its first administrator a private setup link. That administrator may then invite teammates by email with specific roles and permissions. Company administrators are responsible for inviting only authorized people, reviewing access, and removing access when it is no longer needed. Earniculum may enforce or restrict permissions but is not responsible for choices made by an authorized company administrator.

Sponsor applications

Submitting a sponsor application does not guarantee acceptance, placement, audience size, campaign dates, exclusivity, or any particular number of impressions or clicks. A sponsorship begins only after Earniculum and an authorized company representative agree to separate written terms. Do not include confidential campaign material in the public application form.

Business agreements and electronic signatures

Partner and sponsor access may be offered through a separate written agreement. An authorized representative may review and sign electronically or download, sign, and upload the PDF. Typing a legal name after reviewing the complete agreement and affirmatively accepting the signature statement is intended as that representative’s signature and consent to conduct that transaction electronically. Earniculum records the completed document, terms fingerprint, consent statement, time, signing method, and limited verification evidence and provides a reproducible copy. A person who is not authorized to bind the company must not sign.

The signed business agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website terms. At the end of a partner contract term, Earniculum may place the company on hold, deactivate it after 30 days, and close it 90 days after deactivation unless a renewal becomes active or an authorized administrator records a manual override. Hold restricts course and team changes. Deactivation also stops partner changes, discounts, and payment eligibility. Closure removes public and login access and hides courses while allowing Earniculum to retain private agreement, audit, course, and financial records required for legitimate recordkeeping.

Partners and course content

Partners are responsible for the accuracy, legality, accessibility, quality, rights, pricing, and promised incentives associated with the text, images, videos, assignments, quizzes, links, and other content they submit. A new course or revision may be approved or returned with comments. Saving a private draft does not submit it for review. Earniculum reviewers do not edit a partner’s course; an authorized person at the submitting company must make requested changes and resubmit. An approved version may remain live while a later revision is reviewed.

Course purchases, prices, and refunds

Course prices are shown in US dollars. A partner sets the price for its course, and any temporary sale or valid discount is applied before checkout. Taxes, where required, are calculated at checkout. Stripe processes the payment; Earniculum does not store a complete card or bank-account number. Access begins only after Stripe confirms payment. A failed, canceled, or abandoned payment does not create paid access.

For marketplace sales processed through Earniculum, Earniculum acts as the marketplace provider and assumes the marketplace provider’s duties to calculate, collect, report, and remit sales and use tax on taxable items where applicable law assigns those duties to Earniculum. This does not make every course taxable, and it does not cover a partner’s sales outside Earniculum.

Unless the course page or controlling law says otherwise, a completed digital-course purchase is final once access is delivered. We will refund a duplicate or unauthorized charge that we verify, a payment collected for access we cannot provide, and any amount the law requires us to return. The lifetime or fixed-period access promise shown before purchase also applies: if Earniculum ends paid access before that promised period for a reason other than your breach, you receive the refund described there. Ask support@earniculum.com for a refund and identify the course and account email. Approved refunds return through Stripe to the original payment method; bank and card networks control posting time.

Earniculum takes no percentage of a partner’s listed course price. Stripe processing costs, refunds, reversals, taxes, partner incentive funding, settlement timing, and any listing or service fee are governed by the applicable signed partner agreement.

How learner rewards work

Earniculum has two separate reward paths. Earniculum may offer a stated reward for verified progress or completion under published program rules. A partner may separately offer a fixed incentive for completing an eligible course. Before eligible work begins, the applicable course or program terms will identify who offers the reward, the learning milestone required, the amount or calculation method, and any limits.

Advertising impressions, clicks, refreshes, and interactions are not eligibility requirements and are never used to calculate a learner reward. A pending or unavailable balance is a ledger entry, not a deposit account or cash held in trust for you. We may withhold, reverse, or review a reward where progress cannot be verified, an assessment was not completed honestly, activity was automated, the underlying funding is reversed, or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Reward balances and payouts

Eligible rewards enter a pending balance for fourteen days before becoming available. A learner may request an available balance or choose automatic payouts when those features are offered in their country. Earniculum does not impose a withdrawal minimum, although Stripe may impose technical limits, conversion fees, or country-specific requirements. Payouts require Stripe identity, age, tax, sanctions, and payment-account checks. Learners are responsible for taxes that apply to them. Earniculum may pause all payouts or an individual account while reviewing fraud, legal, tax, safety, funding, or payment issues.

A displayed earning is not withdrawable until the hold ends, the global payout program is enabled, the learner’s Stripe account is ready, and sufficient cleared program funds are available. A transfer can be delayed or returned by Stripe or the receiving financial institution. A failed transfer returns to the learner’s available Earniculum balance unless the underlying reward is reversed for a valid reason under these terms.

Refunds when access ends early

Earniculum guarantees learners at least 36 months of access to any course they pay for with lifetime access, and a full refund if that guarantee is not met.

Because Earniculum takes no percentage of your course price, the refund is funded by you. If you withdraw a course, or it has to be removed because of the rights, accuracy, or legality of your content, we refund every learner still inside their guarantee and bill that back to you.

Nothing is owed once a learner's guarantee has run out. Withdrawing an older course costs you nothing.

What lifetime access means

"Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the course on Earniculum, not your own. Once you pay for a course with lifetime access, you keep access for as long as Earniculum continues to offer that course, and in no case for less than 36 months from the date you enroll.

A course can stop being offered. A partner may withdraw it, a license behind it may end, or the material may become out of date or unlawful to teach. If that happens after your guaranteed 36 months, we will email you at least 90 days before your access ends, so you have time to finish it and download anything you are entitled to keep.

Within the guaranteed period we will not remove your access because a partner leaves. If a partner withdraws a course you already paid for, Earniculum keeps it available to you until your guarantee runs out.

If we ever cannot do that, you get your money back. Where access to a course you paid for ends before your guaranteed 36 months are up, for any reason that is not your own breach of these terms, we refund the full amount you paid for it. Not a credit, not a partial amount, and not conditional on how much of the course you finished. Either you get the course you paid for, or you get your money.

Lifetime access is tied to your account and is not transferable. It can end early only if your account is closed for a breach of these terms, or if we are legally required to remove the material, and the refund above applies in the second case as well.

Time-limited access runs for the number of days shown on the course before you pay, counted from the date you enroll. The same refund applies: if access ends before that period is up through no fault of yours, we refund what you paid in full.

Course removal

Earniculum may reject, deactivate, unpublish, archive, or remove a course when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, a partner request, or violation of these terms. When an approved course is deactivated for corrections, Earniculum provides comments and the partner remains responsible for making and resubmitting those changes. Administrators with the required access may remove records but cannot silently rewrite partner content. Removing a course does not shorten the lifetime-access guarantee described above for learners who already paid for it.

No earnings promise

“We will pay you to learn,” “Earn to Learn,” and similar statements describe Earniculum’s reward model, not a job, wage, investment, or get-rich-quick program. Rewards may be modest, variable, paused, unavailable for some activity or accounts, or better than $0 without replacing the larger value of the skills you build. They are not a promise of income, employment, investment return, or any particular financial result. The eligibility and program terms shown before the work apply.

Organization learning workspaces

An organization account may add employees, curate courses, create organization-only courses, create cohorts, make assignments, and view assignment-level completion reports. The organization represents that it is authorized to provide roster information and course material and use the workspace for a lawful training purpose. It must give access only to staff who need it, keep owner, administrator, manager, and reporter roles current, review invitations promptly, and must not use learning status or credentials to unlawfully discriminate or make a decision that requires information the workspace does not provide. Organization reports do not include private learner messages, social activity, preferences, unrelated learning, individual assessment answers, or raw monitoring events.

Organization-created courses remain controlled by the organization and are not placed in Earniculum’s public catalog. The organization grants Earniculum the limited rights needed to store, review, secure, reproduce, deliver, back up, and display that material to its authorized staff and active roster members, and represents that it has the rights and permissions needed to do so. Earniculum may approve, request changes, deactivate, preserve evidence about, or remove a course to enforce these terms, a signed agreement, law, safety, security, or third-party rights. Approval permits private use inside that organization; it is not endorsement, accreditation, legal review, or a finding that the material is complete or suitable for every workplace.

Assigning a course does not accept learner terms for an employee or guarantee completion, certification, licensure, continuing-education credit, or a particular employment result. Each learner controls their own learner account and must accept the course terms before enrollment. An organization may suspend its roster seat, but cannot alter a learner’s score, issue a credential, or revoke a credential. Assignment email and in-app notices are operational communications; delivery is not guaranteed, and the organization remains responsible for its own required workplace notice and follow-up.

Accreditation and continuing-education claims

A course certificate verifies only the completion facts shown on it. Continuing-education units, professional credit, personnel certification, accreditation, licensure, and certification-preparation claims apply only when the course page and issued certificate expressly state them. A course partner may submit supporting metadata, but an external continuing-education approval is not published until Earniculum has reviewed the approval record supplied for that course. Earniculum course review is not itself accreditation, and no course or certificate guarantees that a licensing body, employer, school, or other third party will accept the record.

Job applications

Applying to a role on our careers page does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or any promise of one, and it does not create an Earniculum account. Submit only information you are free to share, and only about yourself. A posting closes on the deadline shown on it, after which applications are no longer accepted. We may close, edit, or withdraw any posting at any time. How we handle what you submit is described in our Privacy notice.

Course assessments

Where a course includes a monitored exam, completing it yourself and without unauthorised assistance is a condition of taking it. Leaving the exam window ends the attempt and records a failure, and a course may prevent you from retaking it after a failed integrity check. Course completion, any associated credential, and any completion incentive may be withheld where an assessment was not completed honestly.

Course activity and academic integrity

Taking a course produces a record of the activity: lessons opened, assessments submitted, approximate time spent, and monitored-exam events. What is recorded and who can see it is set out in our Privacy notice. This record is part of how Earniculum keeps credentials meaningful, and it is used to help improve courses.

Where that record suggests an assessment was not completed honestly, a person reviews it before anything happens to your account or your credential. We do not suspend accounts, withhold certificates, or revoke credentials on the basis of an automatically calculated score alone, because the same record can be produced by a lost connection as by a deliberate act. If we do act, we will tell you the reason, and you may respond.

Course activity is never used to grade you. Scores come from your answers, marked on our servers, and nothing else.

Recommendations and preferences

Course suggestions are generated from the preferences you give us and from the description of each course. They are suggestions, not advice, and no course is guaranteed to suit you. Answering the questionnaire is optional, every answer can be changed or cleared, and declining costs you nothing.

Course requests and issue reports

Sending a course request does not oblige us to build it, and we may build something similar without notifying you. Anything you send through these forms should be your own to share and must not contain confidential information belonging to somebody else. Submissions that are abusive, automated, or sent in bulk may be blocked.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit automated or fraudulent entries, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.

Earnie

Earnie is a read-only assistant for authorized accounts. Its answers summarize records, catalog information, and rules available to that account and may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Sources, sample sizes, assumptions, and warnings shown with an answer are part of the answer and must not be removed or misrepresented when the answer is shared. Earnie does not expand the signed-in person’s permissions and cannot make changes on a user’s behalf. It may assist a person’s review but may not by itself determine a reward, payout, eligibility decision, suspension, certificate action, hiring decision, course publication, contract term, or other consequential outcome.

Administrators, Partner Studio members, and learners may save private conversations. Admin, partner, and learner histories are stored separately. A conversation not marked Keep expires after ninety inactive days. Deleting a conversation deletes its private history and sourced private memories; learner-account removal and pending-partner-company deletion remove the associated Earnie records. An admin memory separately reviewed and approved as shared institutional knowledge is an independent record. Helpful and not-helpful ratings may be grouped by account type and answer area for human review, but feedback and conversation history do not change Earnie automatically.

Earnie may offer optional wording help on a supported device after an answer has been prepared. Users may not place passwords, reset links, signing links, payment credentials, another person’s private messages, or information they are not authorized to access into Earnie.

Partner-owned lesson and assessment content is not used to train or provide model context unless Earniculum and the partner separately authorize that use. Course titles, catalog metadata, and aggregate performance measurements may be analyzed to operate and improve the marketplace as described in the Privacy Notice and the applicable partner agreement.

Earnie is not legal, medical, financial, employment, credentialing, or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking the cited source and using qualified human judgment before acting on an answer. You may not use Earnie to make a decision about another person based on protected characteristics, unlawfully discriminate, infer sensitive traits, bypass access controls, re-identify aggregate information, manipulate a person into self-harm, violence, or crime, collect biometric identifiers, or conduct surveillance. Earniculum may suspend Earnie access to investigate misuse, protect a person or the service, or comply with law.

Intellectual property

The Earniculum name, website design, copy, and related materials belong to Earniculum or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Course content and what you may do with it

Every course on Earniculum belongs to Earniculum or to the partner company that wrote it. That includes lesson text, images, video, downloadable material, code exercises and their tests, quiz and exam questions, answer explanations, and the structure of the course itself. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that material for your own learning, for as long as you have access to the course. It does not transfer ownership of anything, and no right is granted beyond the one described here.

While that licence is in force you may not, and may not help anyone else to: copy, download, scrape, record, or screenshot the material for distribution; republish, post, or upload it anywhere, including to another learning platform, a public repository, a file-sharing service, or a social network; sell, rent, sub-licence, or otherwise commercialise it; translate it, adapt it, or make a derivative work from it; use it to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any software product or machine-learning model; remove or obscure any credit or notice attached to it; or share your account, your sign-in details, or your access with another person.

Things you may always do. You keep everything you write yourself: your own answers, your own code in an exercise, and your own notes. You may quote a short passage for review, criticism, teaching, or news reporting with credit to the course and the company that wrote it, as fair use or fair dealing allows. You may take private notes for your own study. Above all you may use what you learned. Skills, methods, and ideas are not what this section protects. It protects the specific expression of them that a partner spent money writing.

Certificates. A certificate you earn is yours, and its verification page is public by design so anyone you give the link to can check it. You may share it freely. What you may not do is alter it, issue one yourself, or present a certificate you did not earn as your own.

We enforce this proportionately. A learner who quotes a paragraph in a study group is not the problem this section exists for; a wholesale copy of a partner’s course posted elsewhere is. Where material is republished without permission we may issue a takedown notice, suspend or close the account, revoke certificates obtained through the account, and pursue whatever remedies are available to us or to the partner whose work it is. Rights in a partner’s course belong to that partner, and they may enforce them directly.

Agreeing before you enroll

The first time you open each course you are shown three short rules covering ownership, redistribution, and academic honesty, and you have to agree to each one before you can start. They restate the section above in plain language, and the full terms on this page apply either way. We record which version of the rules you agreed to and when, against that enrollment. We ask for each course rather than once, because the material belongs to a different company each time and the rules are short enough to actually read.

Advertisements and sponsor placements

Earniculum may show advertisements supplied by an advertising network, paid sponsor messages, and clearly labelled partner-course recommendations. A paid placement is not an endorsement or advice. Following it takes you to a service governed by that company’s terms and privacy policy. Advertising cookies and personalized ads are used only where permitted and where the required consent has been given; the Cookie Notice explains the choices.

Do not click, refresh, or otherwise interact with an advertisement to try to increase your rewards or support Earniculum. Ad activity never affects a learner balance. Automated, misleading, or incentivized ad interaction is prohibited. Ads do not affect course content, assessment results, certificates, progress, or reward eligibility. Ad-free learners see none of these placements.

Third-party services

Some features depend on hosting, database, email, payment, advertising, or partner services operated by others. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you leave Earniculum or create an account with them. Earniculum is not responsible for a third party’s content, availability, security, promises, or conduct, but this does not limit responsibility that applicable law places on Earniculum for providers acting on its behalf.

Suspension, termination, and effect

You may stop using the service and may request account deletion through the available account controls or support. Earniculum may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or abuse, protect learners or the service, comply with law, enforce these terms, address nonpayment, or respond to an immediate security or safety risk. Where practicable, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to respond or cure. Immediate action may be taken where delay could cause harm or unlawful access.

Termination does not erase accrued payment obligations, valid licenses needed to preserve purchased access, certificate-integrity records, executed agreements, or records retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature must continue—including ownership, permitted-use limits, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes, and this paragraph—survive termination.

Responsibility for business and submitted content

If you use Earniculum for a business, partner, sponsor, or organization, you are responsible for your authorized users, roster data, assignments, course material, claims, links, and instructions. To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Earniculum and its contractors from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from content or data you were not authorized to provide, your unlawful use of the service, or your material breach of these terms or a signed business agreement. This obligation does not cover a claim caused by Earniculum’s own fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law, and does not apply to an individual consumer acting solely in a personal capacity where applicable law does not permit it.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website and invite-only service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earniculum disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Earniculum does not guarantee that a course, recommendation, certificate, reward estimate, sponsor offer, or Earnie answer will produce a particular educational, employment, financial, licensing, or other result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earniculum is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, or data. Earniculum’s total liability arising from the service or these terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Earniculum for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred US dollars. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these terms waives a non-waivable remedy under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act or other applicable consumer law.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any forum or remedy that applicable consumer law does not permit these terms to waive, you and Earniculum submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Travis County, Texas, and the federal courts located there, and each waives an objection based solely on inconvenient forum. These terms do not create subject-matter jurisdiction where a court would otherwise lack it.

Before filing suit, whoever raises a dispute will send the other written notice describing it, the requested resolution, and enough information to evaluate it, and both will try in good faith to resolve it within thirty days. This does not stop either of us from seeking injunctive relief at any time to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or safety. Nothing here removes a right or forum available under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived by agreement.

Accepting these terms

Joining the waitlist, applying to a role, sending an open application, applying to become a partner or sponsor, and accepting an admin, partner, or learner invitation each require you to take affirmative actions confirming that you have read the Privacy Notice and that you have read and agree to the version of these terms presented at that time. Required boxes are not ticked for you, and a server-side check rejects a submission without both confirmations. Electronic records may include the applicable versions, acceptance time, account or submission reference, and limited security evidence. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit the form or use an account.

The learner network

The learner network is for learning and connection, not a general-purpose social network. You may share your own learning progress, completed lessons, certificates, questions, text, and permitted images. You remain responsible for what you post or send and for selecting the audience you intend.

You keep ownership of content you create. By submitting it, you give Earniculum a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service according to your audience choice and the Privacy Notice. The license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies already shared at your direction, limited backups, safety evidence, and records Earniculum must retain by law or to resolve a dispute.

Do not post harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, threats, dangerous instructions, spam, impersonation, fraud, another person’s private information, or material you do not have the right to share. Do not use messages to evade a block or continue unwanted contact. A progress post does not grant permission to republish lesson or assessment material.

Learners may block and report accounts, profiles, posts, comments, or messages. Reports are confidential and must be made in good faith; knowingly false or coordinated reports may themselves violate these rules. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. An Earniculum report does not contact them.

Automated safety screening and human review

Earniculum uses automated rules to check learner-authored text for high-confidence signals of child sexual exploitation, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, exposed identity or payment information, credential theft, dangerous instructions, targeted harassment, fraud, and spam. A critical match may prevent submission. An ambiguous high-risk match may place the content on hold so it is not distributed while a person reviews it. Automated screening is a safety control, not a promise that every harmful item will be detected or that every flag is correct.

Authorized moderators can approve held content, dismiss a report, limit visibility, remove content, warn an account, restrict posting, messaging, or connections, suspend access, permanently ban an account, restore access, or delete an account. We consider context, severity, intent, prior actions, repeated behavior, and risk to other people. Child-safety material, credible threats, fraud, or attempts to evade an earlier action may justify immediate restriction while review continues.

We normally tell the account holder what action was taken and why through an in-app notice, transactional email, or both. We do not identify the person who submitted a learner report. You may ask for review by emailing support@earniculum.com with your username and the action you want reviewed. A request for review does not automatically pause an action where doing so could create a safety risk.

Account removal and credentials

Deleting an account removes its profile, social content, messages, connections, progress, and associated personal records. Existing certificate links are revoked rather than silently deleted, so an employer holding a link sees that the credential was withdrawn instead of receiving a misleading “not found” result. A moderation action does not automatically revoke a certificate unless the action also concerns credential integrity.

Sharing learner profiles

Learners may copy and send a profile link in the form earniculum.com/user/username. A signed-out visitor sees only the profile’s chosen display name and cannot open posts, inspect profile details, connect, react, comment, or send a message. The rest of the preview is a generic locked layout rather than hidden profile content.

A profile owner can disable public sharing by setting Profile visibility to Only me. Other profile visibility choices allow the limited name-only preview, while the audience rules chosen for the full profile still apply after a learner signs in. Do not share a profile link to harass, impersonate, expose, or mislead somebody, and do not imply that a profile is endorsed or verified by Earniculum unless we state that it is.

Earniculum is invitation only. Opening a shared profile does not grant access or create an account. A person must already have an account or use a valid invitation to join, and after signing in they remain subject to the profile owner’s privacy settings and any blocks between the accounts.

Certificate verification is separate from profile sharing. A learner may place the unguessable earniculum.com/verify/… link on a resume, application, portfolio, or professional profile, and anyone holding that link may open it without signing in. Setting a social profile to Only me, restricting it, suspending it, or disabling its share link does not hide a valid certificate verification page.

General terms

These terms, together with documents expressly incorporated into them and any controlling signed business agreement, are the entire agreement about the service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your account or these terms; Earniculum may assign them with the business or relevant service, subject to the Privacy Notice and applicable law. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, except for payment obligations already due. These terms create no third-party beneficiary rights.

Changes, notices, and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. Material changes apply prospectively. We will post the new effective date and, where required or where a change materially reduces an account holder’s rights, provide reasonable notice and request renewed agreement before the change applies. Continued use after the effective date of a properly noticed non-material change means the revised terms apply. Legal notices must be sent to legal@earniculum.com.
