Payments with clearer guardrails

Earniculum now has Stripe-backed paid-course checkout, payment-confirmed enrollment, refunds, business invoicing, and marketplace settlement rails. Partner and learner payout setup stays gated until both the Earniculum platform and each recipient have completed Stripe verification.

• Payment setup now explains when Earniculum's Stripe platform verification—not the recipient's form—prevents onboarding.
• Google-served ads are limited to complete public course sample pages after advertising consent while the site is reviewed for AdSense.
• The Terms, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, operational guide, and deployment checklist now describe the same payment and advertising behavior.
