About this course

Most job-search advice assumes a person reads your application and judges it on merit. Usually a scan happens first, and understanding that sequence explains most of what otherwise feels arbitrary. This course works through the real pipeline: what each stage filters for, how to read a job description, and how to write a CV that survives a six-second scan. Then where roles actually come from, why the channel most people spend their time on is the least effective, and how to have useful conversations without the parts of networking everybody hates. The interview section covers what each round is testing and why answering the wrong question is the most common failure, with a worked behavioural answer. It finishes with offers, what to do before resigning, and the first ninety days, because the habits you set in month one decide how the next two years feel.

What you will learn
